The Hospital Accountability Planning Submission (HAPS) is an annual, detailed operating plan, including financial and statistical budgets and performance indicators that will inform and align with the Hospital Service Accountability Agreements (HSAAs). Information collected through the HAPS and the supplemental reports will be used to populate the HSAA Schedules centered to each fiscal year. The Toronto Central LHIN works with its hospital partners to develop new HSAAs every year.
