Toronto Central LHIN Board By-Laws

As part of the LHIN’s transition readiness approval, the By-Laws of the organization were amended to reflect changes to the LHIN’s Accountability Instruments.

A pan-LHIN governance work stream was established with the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care (MOHLTC), and their mandate included review of the LHINs By-Laws.Following review by the LHIN Chairs, updated template By-laws were shared by LHIN legal.

Toronto Central LHIN By-laws were drafted by LHIN legal, approved and submitted to the MOHLTC by March 28, 2017 in order to confirm transition readiness.
