Ministry-LHIN Accountability Agreement (MLAA) -UPDATED
The Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care (MOHLTC) and Toronto Central Local Health Integration Network have signed an amended accountability agreement.
The updated agreement is composed of a primary agreement, approved by the LHINs in November, 2006, and eleven schedules.
The agreement defines the obligations and responsibilities of both the LHIN and the ministry for the years 2007 to 2010. Below are the links to pdf versions of the full document, the summary of the 2008 amendments and the 2008/09 Annual Service Plan.
